Whether it is a large revival, a benefit concert, a community outreach, or a small group event, the Event Team ensures every detail reflects excellence, unity, and the love of Christ.
Event Planning
Help plan revivals, outreach events, community gatherings, benefit concerts, meetings, and ministry experiences that point people toward Jesus.
Setup & Teardown
Serve behind the scenes by helping prepare spaces, arrange equipment, support logistics, and make sure every environment is ready for ministry.
Volunteer Coordination
Help manage volunteers, organize schedules, coordinate teams, and make sure every servant knows where they are needed and how they can help.
Venue & Logistics
Assist with venues, parking, guest flow, equipment needs, speaker coordination, worship teams, and the practical details that make events run well.
Fundraising Support
Help with fundraising, sponsorship outreach, and connecting with local businesses, churches, and partners who want to support the mission.
Hospitality
Help welcome guests, support speakers, serve attendees, assist families, and make people feel seen, cared for, and welcomed in the name of Christ.
